Guilhermina is a member of the Labor Law team, acting in strategic labor litigation, with experience in drafting procedural documents, conducting hearings, filing appeals, and managing settlements, in addition to direct client service.

She acts in the defense of companies in labor lawsuits, focusing on defining procedural strategies, document analysis, and developing defensive theses in medium and high-complexity cases. She stands out for combining procedural technique, strategic vision, and the use of technological tools and artificial intelligence applied to the legal practice.
