Beatriz is a member of the Labor Law team, acting in litigation and consulting, representing companies and executives in individual and collective claims. She actively participates in hearings, negotiations, and the drafting of legal opinions, in addition to advising clients on the implementation of internal compliance policies and labor risk prevention.

She stands out for her technical performance combined with strategic communication, contributing to risk mitigation and the strengthening of corporate labor governance, especially for clients in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
