Alanna practices in Civil and Administrative Law, with experience in both consulting and litigation. In the private sector, she advises clients on the structuring, review, and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, providing strategic legal support focused on legal certainty and risk mitigation. Her practice also encompasses contemporary intellectual property issues, especially those related to the use and regulation of artificial intelligence. In civil litigation, she represents clients in complex judicial disputes, including contractual claims and execution of extrajudicial titles, before State and Federal Courts. In the administrative and regulatory spheres, she advises companies on public contracts, bidding procedures, and administrative litigation, highlighting the infrastructure and regulated services sectors, while also acting before regulatory agencies and courts of accounts.
