Gabriel provides legal advisory in labor matters, both in litigation and consulting, representing companies in individual and collective claims. He has experience in cases of varying complexity levels, with an emphasis on the food service (fast-food) and media sectors.

He participates in hearings, drafts defenses and appeals, and contributes to defining procedural strategies. He also provides preventive consulting, focusing on risk mitigation and conducting strategic labor negotiations.
